• We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £200/€250.
• Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
• Shipping times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination.
• Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once their order has shipped. A signature will be required upon delivery
• We are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier or customs.

International Orders

• Lola Adu is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the recipient to pay upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you.

• We accept returns on all items within 14 days of purchase.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Any returns that do not meet these requirements will be rejected.
• Please note that we do not currently offer free returns and shipping fees will not be refunded.
• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
• We do not accept returns on sale or final sale items unless there is a manufacturer defect. If you receive a damaged item please contact hello@lola-adu.com as soon as possible.
